Today my husband and I celebrate two years of marriage. This is one of my favorite photos of the two of us. It was taken during our engagement photo shoot. It was freezing cold that April day in Custer State Park. It actually started to snow during the shoot. My husband-to-be just went along with it, never complaining about the ice cycles forming on his eyelashes because he knew it made me happy to have our pictures done and one more thing crossed off my wedding planning “to do” list.

He’s the perfect yin to my yang. His glass is always half full when mine is half empty. Now, I’m going to stop writing this blog post and go hang out with the man. Cheers to love: It’s a good thing.
